Overview

At Delta Capita, we commit to responsible business practices that benefit our people, clients, communities, and planet.

This commitment sits at the core of our DC Values and informs how we work with people across our ecosystem. We partner with EcoVadis — one of the world’s most trusted sustainability ratings providers — and with our clients, to continually assess and improve our position in all aspects of ethics and sustainability. These aspects include the environment, human rights, and procurement.

We maintain this focus through strong executive sponsorship and active global colleague networks, who create and embed actions that drive our sustainability agenda. At Delta Capita, we strongly advocate human rights. We have zero-tolerance of any rights abuses — from discrimination, to slavery and unsafe working practices — in any part of our business or supply chains.

We believe strongly that the success and long-term sustainability of our business depends on our people. We invest heavily in recruiting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry. We actively seek to create diversity of gender, ethnicity, age, skills, and experience across our global workforce. Enabling us to serve a greater purpose in our local communities and take responsibility for the people who work for and with us.

Sustainability & Brand Values

Sustainability is at the forefront of our business operations and brand values. We look to implement sustainable practices throughout our business lines and make sustainability part of our DC Values. We believe that proactively embedding sustainability into our commercial goals ensures we can continue to grow and succeed in the future as a leading global managed services, technology solutions and consulting provider.

Delta Capita operates in many countries throughout the world. In all markets and all aspects of our business, we commit to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and honesty. Our global Code of Conduct promotes this honest and ethical behaviour.

We also commit to a ‘net positive’ mindset. This means going beyond net-zero emissions to take CO2 out of the atmosphere, helping repair and regenerate our planet.

Our Policies

Delta Capita have several policies and models in place to help protect our staff, clients,
and the planet, all of which we believe help provide a sustainable future for business.

Global Sustainability Group

To monitor our progress and affirm our commitment to sustainability, we introduced our Global Sustainability Group, a focused body that reviews and challenges our practices from within. This is guided by our EcoVadis Silver status, which places Delta Capita in the top 25% of all companies on sustainability.

Our Global Sustainability Group is structured around and supported by 6 main pillars of action.

  • Environmental
  • Ethics
  • Human Rights
  • Procurement
  • Communications
  • Foundations

Sustainability scorecard

To track our progress in-line with EcoVadis and our business culture, we have established a self-assessed scorecard to measure sustainability targets. Our scorecard can help to measure KPI’s and look to maintain and improve our commitment to sustainability into the future.
