Diane brings extensive experience in business transformation, operational and process redesign, sourcing / procurement and ESG. Building on over 30 years of global experience at leading Wall Street firms, she brings a strong ability to tackle even the most complex of business challenges. As the current FI environment is characterised by ever-increasing cost pressures and risk, Diane brings an acute understanding of how to achieve increased value through process redesign and technology-driven solutions –while concurrently mitigating risk.

At Delta Capita, Diane serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer with a focus on driving the global ESG agenda for the benefit of our clients, colleagues and the community. This commitment sits at the core of our DC values and informs how we work with people across our ecosystem. We support our clients as they conduct their own ESG programmes – including enhanced due diligence, risk modeling and regulatory reporting.

Diane is cum laude graduate of Princeton University and holds an MBA from New York University. In addition, she is a CIPS Fellow with extensive experience in FI supply chain and third-party risk management.
