With a robust background in Fixed Income, Equity Programme Trading, and Fund Linked products, she has showcased her expertise and leadership at financial institutions such as Citibank, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Credit Suisse where she spent 10 years across locations in London and New York. Her adeptness in fostering strong client relationship skills has been instrumental in driving success and delivering exceptional value to her clients.

At Delta Capita, Sylvia is part of the CLM Technology team where she is involved in the design and implementation of new client requirements for both systems and processes.

Sylvia holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communications from Media School University of Bournemouth.

Sylvia is deeply passionate about wellbeing, holding diverse qualifications in multiple wellness modalities and a diploma in coaching. As a lifelong learner, she consistently explores new avenues in wellness and frequently attends courses to further her knowledge and expertise.
