Phil has many years experience working in Capital Markets technology as a Managing Director, Global Head and Regional CIO in London, the US and Asia for BNP Paribas. He has been responsible for building trading platforms, acquiring, and integrating businesses and vendor platforms. He has extensive experience operating at C-level whilst remaining a hands-on technologist. More recently Phil was CTO at a start-up algo trading business.

Phil is globally responsible for Delta Capita's Group IT Operations, application development, support and testing functions, AWS and Microsoft infrastructure and the Delta Capita Group IT security function.
