Her expertise extends across the whole employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development and employee retention. Fostering diverse and inclusive cultures, that align closely to business strategy and vision, has been at the heart of her roles.

At Delta Capita she leads the people functions across APAC, both strategically and operationally, ensuring the highest levels of performance to underpin DC’s ambition growth.

Natalia is a Certified Professional with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals which aims to strengthen the HR Practice in Singapore, allowing HR Professionals to be key enablers in their organisations.
