As a Programme Manager with a mixed Operations and Technology background, Mike has worked as manager and analyst driving large-budget global projects critical for investment banks in the Regulatory Compliance and Client Onboarding space. This has regularly included using a toolkit of techniques to help clients with operational cost, speed and control improvements focusing on process improvement but with a holistic people and technology overlay.

As a consultant Mike has provided Professional Services to the world�s largest banks in the Anti Money Laundering and Process Transformation space. He is a passionate people-focused manager and balances a collaborative style with delivery focus and a detailed approach.
