Maikel heads the consulting business line in the Benelux and is responsible for defining and realizing the region’s strategic plans. As a senior executive consultant, he advises at board level and is specialized in the banking industry.

He has a proven track record in translating Risk and Regulatory challenges into future-proof Target Operating Models. Next to innovation and design capabilities, he has extensive experience in building and guiding strategic roadmaps to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.

Previously, Maikel was partner at Voogt Pijl & Partners (VP&P) before joining Delta Capita as a result of the VP&P acquisition in 2020.
