Kimberly is a dedicated human resources professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and utilising her strong interpersonal skills to facilitate employee development. She has been with Delta Capita (and formerly JDX Consulting) for over 5 years, where she has been able to diversify and build her skillset, growing from her initial position as Office Manager to her current role as People Operations Partner.

As the People Operations Partner for the US region, Kimberly oversees all aspects of the Human Resources and People functions. As the sole human resource professional for the region, she plays a pivotal role in managing duties such as: full employment lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, benefits management, HR administration and strategy, and supervision of the US Recruitment team.

Kimberly is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from St. John’s University with a degree in Communications. In addition, she earned her Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification in January of 2023 and is looking forward to working towards her Senior Certified Professional Certification within the next few years.
