Delta Capita strengthens its Consulting capabilities with acquisition of CLM advisory firm, Aurora

Delta Capita announces the acquisition of Aurora, a global consultancy, headquartered in the UK with specialist advisory knowledge in client lifecycle management (CLM) organisation design, process optimisation and technology.

London, 06 November 2024 - Delta Capita, a global Financial Services consulting, managed services and technology firm, today announces the acquisition of Aurora, a global consultancy, headquartered in the UK with specialist advisory knowledge in client lifecycle management (CLM) organisation design, process optimisation and technology.

Committed to redefining the world of CLM, Aurora empowers both financial institutions and RegTech vendors by delivering solutions, insight and organisational change, offering technology-agnostic and independent advisory services.

Delta Capita is investing in advisory capability for clients’ most complex challenges. This acquisition will broaden Delta Capita’s CLM advisory, configuration and systems integration capability for all market leading technologies.

Aurora’s CEO Sean Vickers will become a Partner, and Global Head of CLM Advisory at Delta Capita. Based in London, Sean has over two decades of experience in the capital markets sector and has successfully led and grown global teams across various wholesale banking functions. He was previously the middle-office Global Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Client Management at HSBC Global Banking and Markets.

Aurora’s Chief Operating Officer, Jiwan Laly, and Chief Technology Officer, Matthew Benham, will also join Sean Vickers as Partners at Delta Capita. Their extensive experience and leadership in their respective fields will be invaluable assets to Delta Capita, further strengthening the company’s strategic and technological capabilities.

Sean, Jiwan, and Matthew will be joined by the wider Aurora team, who will be based in our London office - this new function will sit within the Consulting business and report into Sarah Carver, in her capacity as Managing Partner, Head of our Global Consulting business.

This news follows Delta Capita’s recent acquisition of Client On-Boarding technology from the London Stock Exchange Group, and the news that Daiwa Capital Markets Europe has selected Delta Capita to provide its fully managed Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) service.
