Conduct Risk Survey 2024: Nine Years of Evolving Accountability, Culture, and Technology Enablement

Nine years have passed since the UK regulators first introduced the Conduct Rules, and we were keen to explore how firms’ approaches to Conduct Risk have evolved over time. Specifically, we examined developments in areas such as organisational accountability, the embedding of cultural and risk frameworks, the impact of new technologies, and current "Hot Topics" within the industry.
