Tim Fox

Tim has over 30 years’ experience in financial markets, working in consulting, global banks and insurance. He has held senior global positions and spent much of his career building teams, running functions and delivering programmes across technology, operations and change functions.
Prior to Delta Capita Tim was employed at JDX and base60 Consulting. He was global head of International Banking Operations Technology & Change at Royal Bank of Scotland where he delivered migration of the global FX and MM Operations involving 750,000 trades / £2 trillion value. Other responsibilities included effecting change in governance, communication, change management, benefits tracking, cost reduction, global team structure & responsibilities to improve reliability & quality and reduce costs.
