We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and diverse applicants – people who are passionate and think outside the box.
What does the DC recruitment process include?
Our process usually includes submitting a short video, a home challenge, a professional interview, and an HR interview.
How can I prepare myself for the recruitment process?
Before each stage of the recruitment process, I recommend going to our website, reading about us, who we are, our values and our vision.
Be prepared for each of the stages – make sure you are organised, knowledgeable, focused, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and check that all the links are working before the meeting, so you will be able to log in on time.
What questions will I be asked in an interview?
You will be asked about your career interests, your time at university, your interest in the financial industry, and any work experience. Our interview questions mainly relate to the skills and behaviors we consider for success at Delta Capita.
You will also be asked to present your home challenge in the first professional interview to allow us to assess your understanding and presentation skills.

How We Can Help You
Clementine Elcock, Graduate Consultant

“After graduating from the University of Exeter with a degree in Business Economics, I joined Delta Capita and was particularly drawn to their commitment and involvement with exciting technologies, including Machine Learning and AI. So far, I have supported internal projects and worked directly with DC’s clients – this has been a fantastic opportunity and provides me with a great range of skills and invaluable industry knowledge. Starting my career in the peak of a pandemic was also quite daunting, but the inclusive culture at Delta Capita made this so easy – the team are extremely welcoming and place a lot of value on social aspects!“
